Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to accept refunds. However, exchange and returns are valid for the following situations:
- Defect / Damaged items sent
- Customization detail is wrong (Mistake made by us)
To process an exchange or return, please drop us an email at email@example.com to communicate. A picture of the product is required for the review and we would further assist you with it.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange / returns bases on assessment of the product shown to us.
For exchanges made for the above situations, shipping costs for replacement item and for returned items will be borne by us.
In the case where you ordered a wrong size and wish to change for a right size, we are happy to do the exchange for you. However, shipping fee (both ways) will by borne by you.
Exchange for size in free of charge for the first time ONLY.
Please note that ALL exchanges are valid for:
- 7 days from the date of delivery
- Items in brand new, unworn and original condition. We will not be able to process any exchange for used, worn items and items not in original condition.
When the size of the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you with the re-stock date. If not, you could get a credit refund of the item. You can choose to get credit for physical store or online store
All items are non-refundable in cash, but offer store credits for your future purchase.
